2011 SHO - Any future issues?

I have been a member here for a while but haven't posted much. We have a 2011 SHO that we have been leasing. It currently has 30,000 miles on it. We are so happy with it that we are considering buying it. A new lease is just too much and we know how this one has been taken care of. Are there any issues I should be concerned about it the next 30 or 40 thousand miles? Any special maintenance that will need to be done on this motor.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Highway, mixed driving, or city miles? No special maintenance needs done at this point. I would recommend the following:

Change out the spark plugs to Motorcraft SP534s (gapped to 0.035 if stock, 0.030 if running a tune).
Change the air filter (MC is fine).
Flush the cooling & brake system (yes, despite mfr recommended intervals)
Replace the battery (Motorcraft Tough Max is a good one) if OEM, especially if car is left outside for any period of time while off
Check & tighten any loose turbo piping clamps
Check for oil in the intake/turbos
If driving the car hard, check/replace PTU fluid, otherwise 50K mark should be good
