Ok. New to the whole mod realm. Heres my plan. Local shop, custom exhaust. 2.5 downpipes, high flow cat, resonator delete plus new magnaflow mufflers. Do i need to worry about turbo blow out yet with this or only if i factor in a CAI along with this mod? Getting mixed opinions. Mostly from Subaru dorks. Lol.

Im hearing backpressure from this mod may cause turbo blowout, due to stock ecu not being able to handle it. MONEY frugal at this point. Tuner is in plan down the road but for now this is my concern

Keeping the cats in the downpipes will help decrease blue smoke from the exhaust, on WOT runs especially. The OEM seals are not particularly sturdy, so catted downpipes help maintain enough backpressure to prevent them from blowing out. Not proven, but that seems to be the latest train of thought on the matter.

Thanks SHOdded. At what point do i need to worry about turbo blowout? All i plan on is as above stated, plus CAI. Tune will be later. If at all.

It's hard to predict turbo seal failure, it may happen due to other reasons, but you should be quite safe with the mods you have listed (including CAI). As long as you go with a tune from a reputable tuner like Unleashed or LME, you should not have any issues on that front either, as long as you don't ask them to max everything out. Any engine/drivetrain run constantly at the limits is not going to last very long.
