Same track conditions (DA)? Is the tune "broken in" yet? It takes some time for the ECU to re-learn. Plugs gapped at 0.030? Any codes/CEL?

Make sure you have 93 and not any lower. If you mixed 93 in with some leftover 89 in the tank it won't be running right. You're end speed is pretty good. Are you getting a good launch? Don't over Rev from the get go. If the tires break loose the car will go into quick limp mode while the computer adjusts the traction and the rear clutch engages. That can slow you down quite a bit. But definitely check with your tuner. See if they can maybe do data logging. I know data logging with Torrie at unleashed tuning gained be quite a bit of power. No 1/4 mile times yet though.

When the car goes into Limp mode, does it first feel like the transmission slipped, and it takes a sec to reengage?

EDIT: Sorry for the temporary hijack!

2000 rpm area is best for a tuned launch. Stock you can go higher.
