2010 Keyless entry pad not fully functioning.

no lights on 1/2 or 6/7. Is there a fix or does the pad have to be replaced?

Does it still function if you press the numbers? I’m thinking you can’t change the bulbs in there so probably the whole pad u will have to replace.

No. It does not let me use it to keylessly enter the car.....

unfortunately, that style of touchpad is notorious for failures. there is no alternative but to replace the pad, which is fairly expensive. my experience is that the replacement parts are better, but still more prone to failure than I would like.

My lights work but pad dont. Takes forever to try to break the code and gain entrance, even if you have the code....it's useless. The one on my 95 SHO was near the handle and worked great

The black cover that touchpad is on is broken/cracked and peeling off. Can that be replaced without replacing the touchpad? I have no clue how these are attached or assembled
