Please help I’m gonna get straight to the issue I’ve got the main bolt for the balancer out but before I got a pulley my grandpa snapped a bolt in it while trying to Jerry-rig something up with two bolts and a metal bar and a bolt snapped in the balancer this is my daily driver and only vehicle

Is the pulley off the vehicle? You have any meat to get vice grips on and work it out? If not you have to drill it out or use a bolt extractor bit. Not fun. Last quick fix if it's off the crankshaft is you can always get a used one and slap it in there.

The pulley is still attached to the crankshaft just can’t get it off due to where my grandpa broke the bolt just wondering if there was another way to get it off the crankshaft

Is the main bolt at the center of the pulley to the crankshaft removed? There is only 1 bolt usually holding them together correct? If the puller tool you were using is able to be removed, and the crank bolt is out, then you can try and get a 3 jaw type puller, get a good hook on the edges and turn the center bolt to try and get it out. That's the best I got off the cuff not being able to get an eye on it.

The main bolt is out and I do not have a 3 way jaw puller thanks for the info and I’ll try to get one

One of the autoparts stores that loan tools should have one. Get a measure and make sure it's big enough.

You can rent a puller from most auto parts stores cheap. As for the snapped bolt... If you got enough of the stud coming out of the block you can try to get some vice grips on it. Soak the stud with some PB blaster and then try to slowly work it back and forth to get it out. Don't over torque it or you could snap the stud flush with the block and then you are in real trouble. Another choice (though I doubt you have this available) is to weld a nut to the end of the stud and get a wrench on it and slowly work it back and forth till it comes out.
