Has anyone ever dyno'd a SHO with 20+ PSI on a stock motor? If so what were the #'s?? If not has anyone ever dyno'd a built motor with that much boost?

You were running 20psi and you put down 430 whp  Did you lean out really bad?
Tony's car is wierd, its like it hits a brick wall at 430whp no matter what he does to it...he can add a 1000000 shot of nitrous and guess what?!? 430whp :corn:

Tony, how are you programming your car? I'd like to see the file you're currently running, as well as some past files.

With altitude correction, race fuel, and fuel timing, Pat put down 445whp on 15 PSI (stock motor).

I think Tony is giving us the business. You know, like not popping your hood when you race. Giving his ride a cloak of mystery. This, ofcourse, is just a hypothesis.

No guesswork here. Turbos rule! I remember last time I came down, with the new intake setup, and having just dyno's the night before @ 430whp. I sure thought I was going to kick your butt!!! But come on, admit it, you were suprised too! Anyway, I am sure there will be more suprises for us both when the two cars meet again. How much tq do you think these cranks can take?

I'm pretty sure they can take 504 torque at the wheels. Who knows, they may even take more :thumb:

Hehe, I KNOW they can take more than that. But hey, if that is as much you make, it is okay. Your car is uhmm, your car is...let me see, how can I put this? Oh, your car is newer, so don't be so down on yourself about the lack of TQ!

I would imagine that it all honestly, that crank would survive in the upwards of 800+ crank hp.

I'm working on a project right now in which I plan to push the SHO 3.2 very far. I'm putting a 3.2 into a 1988 Conquest which should weigh around 2900 lbs. I have a few friends with high horsepower (over 600whp) Supra's and 350z's. I would like to be able to pull away with my 80's retro car with the SHO engine singing away at full boost. So, I would be happy to be one of the first to push the engine/design as far as it will go.

Anyone want to help pick up the pieces when I find the limit?
