Greetings SHO lovers, I begin by stating that I remain conflicted about selling my SHO. My asking price reflects that conflict; $14,000. I will not be insulted by lower offers, but I will not settle for much lower, at least at this time. I have ALL pertinent records. The mileage is 115,000. The 60K was performed about 20K ago. The only options missing are sunroof and all leather seats/pwr passenger seat. The car is cosmetically as close to showroom as you can imagine. There are a few functional issues:
1. Fuel odor. The diagnosis is that the vapor canister is clogged.
2. Turn signal switch intermittently does not make proper contact for the right hand signal. I have a new in box Ford multi-finction switch.
3. This is the only big problem, there is a drive-ability issue that has yet to be solved. It first began as an intermittent loss of power. Intermittent in both duration and frequency, in that it would last less than one second and would happen only 2-4 times during a 8 hour drive. It has now degraded to the point that the car will actually stall a few minutes after reaching full temp. Codes do not provide sufficient guidance. The cam and crank sensors were changed during the most recent 60K.
So, I know item #3 is a potential big concern, but that's it. Everything else is like new.
