1994 Green/Tan MTX details
Here's some more details on the car I previously posted for sale:
Purchased car in June, 2000 with 74K miles. It became my daily driver for a couple years until late 2003 when I began the 3.2L conversion. In early 2004, I completed the 3.2L conversion at 93K miles. I have driven the car sparingly since that time and it has 106K miles now.
Here are the improvements made prior to the 3.2L conversion:
• New Performance Plus Y-Pipe.
• New Dynomax Cat Back Exhaust System.
• New Magnecor Plug Wires.
• New 73 mm MAF (replaced later w/80 mm).
• New Diablo Sport Chip (replaced later w/LPM).
• Performed 60K (Timing belt, water pump, CPS, and check valve shim clearance).
• New 190 lph Fuel Pump.
• New Subframe Connectors.
• New Rear Brake Pads and Left Rear Rotor.
• New Right Front Lower Control Arm.
• New Shoshop Cold Air Kit.
• Used Hard Button Climate Control Face.
• New foglights.
Here are the improvements made during the 3.2L conversion:
• Used 3.2L block with 75K miles.
• Used 3.2L heads with 75K miles (new head gaskets and valve stem seals installed).
• Used 3.2L fuel injectors with 75K miles.
• Used Steering Rack with 75K miles.
• Used Power Steering Pump with 75K miles.
• Used Cam Chains and Tensioners with 75K miles.
• Used MTX with 5K miles.
• Used Axles with 5K miles.
• Used 3.0L oil pump.
• Used 3.0L Exhaust Manifolds.
• Used 3.0L Intake Manifold.
• Mild Porting on Heads and Intake (gasket matched).
• New Shoshop Stage I cams.
• New Big Bore Butterflies (air horns removed and intake re-assembled with all new gaskets and couplings).
• New Shoshop U/D pulleys.
• New Reinforced engine mounts (includes trans. mount).
• New Solid Torque Limiters.
• New Stock Flywheel.
• New Shoshop Hi-Revs Jr. Clutch and Throw-Out Bearing.
• Performed ’96 Brake Upgrade (included new pads and rotors).
• New Radiator.
• New Water Pump.
• New Timing Belt and Tensioner Pulley.
• New Gaskets and Seals for the entire engine.
• New Hoses (all vacuum and coolant).
• New Belts and Tensioner Pulleys.
• New Subframe Bushings and bolts.
• New Thermostat.
• New Outer Tie Rods.
• New Sensors (CPS, Cam, Coolant Temp, IAB, Oil Pressure, Oil Level, and O2).
• New KYB Struts.
• New Power Antenna.

• Used 80 mm MAF.
• New A/C Evaporator and Low Pressure Line.
• Used A/C Compressor with 75K miles.
