well as much as i hate to do so its time to part with my SHO.
it is a 1993 mtx with 113738 miles. green/tan interior. i have owned the car since 2003 if memory serves me. i also believe i am the second owner.
upgrades:
-front and rear strut tower braces
-reinforced motor mounts
-heavy duty endlinks front and rear
-aluminum subframe bushings
-stainless catless hi-flow y pipe
-155lph fuel pump
-dual core radiator
-cold air intake k&n filter plumbed to inner fender well
-extrude hone runners
-big bore butterflies
-h-brace
-jose fernandez short shifter
-gtp adj. control arms
-intrax springs
-moog bushings all around front and rear
-bias plugs
-south bend stage 2 clutch
-shosource lightened flywheel
-ceremic throw out bearing
-clear signals
-msr 17x7s
-dynomax cat back exhaust
maintenance:
-complete overhaul of the suspension no part not replaced
-has brand new power steering rack, pump, and lines.
-60k done at 70k if i recall
-brand new heater core and condensor
-brand new tires maybe 500 miles
-all new brake lines (hard and rubber) except the cross over for the front
-brand new fuel tank and straps
-good brakes all around
-all new parking brake cables
this car is very mechanically sound. clean underneath (no major rust), clean inside and out.
the audio has been upgraded years ago alpine head unit and if memory serves alpine speakers all around with built in tweeters. factory sub has a 10 inch in it currently do not recall brand.
there may be more thats all that comes to mind at the moment.
the bad:
-needs a new headliner cloth is coming down
-one small rust spot in the door jam (see pic)
-rear trunk facia under the tailight is cracked and missing a piece (if someone has one for sale i would like to replace it contact me)
-the paint is in good condition but the body has some dings and the front and rear bumpers could use a repaint. no major dents.
-passenger seat motor works intermittently to move forward and reverse all other functions work properly.
-as usual the driver seat shows wear but the rest of the interior is in good shape.
-a/c not functioning all components are there. as long as i have owned the car i never had it working.
other then the few cosmetic issues she is a pretty sounds car no mechanical issues. i have a few boxes of parts that go with the buyer i think there is a little bit of everything in there from misc. gaskets to sensors and valve covers, maybe an intake manifold as well havent been through them in years.
