Hey. My 1993 SHO (aut) won't switch to gear and driving 30mph i have 4k rpm and wont gear up.

There are several possibilities there - bad shift solenoid, bad piston, etc. You need more details to know - I would take it to a good trans shop and have them do a full diagnosis.
fwiw, the 93 atx had plenty of issues, so the likelihood that it needs a full rebuild is high.
