This is the collector on the SS y pipe.
Catback_Flex_Connection.jpg

I am thinking of making/buying a collector that more like this.

Y Pipe

And from there run 2.5" all the way back into 1 magnaflow muffler. Single exit

I think a thank you thread will do for Dave and James saving your ass, along with thanking Ricky for waiting on you with his trailer. Don't forget Sack and Freddy either. Years down the road I hope you can reflect back and appreciate this all much more.

Well I did clean all the tools up and asked were they went and I was told just to set them on the table. I also asked were the kitty litter was and I can't remember what was told to me but it was along the lines idk were it is and that I should just go get my stuff ready. If there was some other mess besides the brake fluid ect I don't remember it.

But I do have a question.

This is zach's dyno thread why is it off track?

I will happily go start a thread in the general section if someone wants me to so you can all flame me over what I may or may not have done.

I said all I have to say. Take my advice or not, don't care.

You need a better power to weight ratio now. You still have a lot to take out.

I should be getting a pretty big check in the mail here within the next week and ill be buying a DD. Then ill be pulling the dash out but ill be adding it right back with a 4 point roll bar. Im not really sure whats left to take out besides for like taking out the front window motors and putting in hand crank windows. I will be switching to a single exit exhaust so thats another 20 pounds or more.

IIRC, I think Mark Nunally found that the crank windows don't really save any weight over power.

Keep the windows. I still have power windows in my car and they are a luxary i wont give up.

I thought about it. Reaching over to the passenger side in my seats has never been easy so crank might be bad.

Like I told you at the BBQ I'm down to counting a pound at a time. If you want to save weight the time involved per pound shouldn't be a concern.

Well then after I remove the dash Im probably about done trying to remove any more weight. A SHO around 2900 pounds is still quite a accomplishment. I still have power windows up front. The rear doors are gutted now and will never work again. LOL

Help with what? Looks ok to me. Looks like you made 3 very close dyno pulls. Sorry the numbers weren't as good as you thought, but they're going to vary anyways. You could go back and end up putting down a different number.

Edit: Pulls done in 3rd or 4th gear?
