I did a little searching on this, didn't find much.

Has anyone run 194 LED bulbs on their SHO? All I did find was old threads, back into like 2004 and 2001. I would think that the technology of these has improved and just wondering if anyone is using these bulbs from:

http://www.autolumination.com/194.htm

I eventually would like to replace the courtesy/dome lamps in the interior, license plate lights, and corner/fishtank bulbs.

Has anyone had any issues of the bulbs burning out prematurely or other extremes, like the bulbs catching fire?

i do. I got them from V-leds.com

they always have some type of coupon code that takes like 5-15% off of your total order.

Nope. I currently use them on my tag lights and courtesy lights. I have used them for my cornering lights too. I like them for the cornering lights because they take so little power to illuminate, they actually flash when I when I lock my car with my FOB.

Probably after I get my 2nd paycheck I will be doing a full light upgrade on the SHO and upgrading all that I can to LED's.

My buddy in his Audi runs Red ones and they are substantially brighter and a very worthy upgrade. IMO, go for it... but make sure you get em from somewhere reputable so I know where to get mine in the future...

When I had a Mazda6 I bought all my taillights, backup lights and parking lights from Autolumination, 2 were DOA and they did nothing about it.

In my SLO I have a mixture of Putco Novas and Putco 360 LEDs, the tails, backups and license plate bulbs have all been converted over to LED. These Putcos are the brightest LEDs I have ever used. To give an idea, on my G4 SLO, the license plate LEDs shed light all the way to the bottom of the bumper cover. These are worth the price.

My wife has installed in her 95 the following:

LED parking lamps (switchbacks from autolumination)
LED fishtank lights (194)
LED turn signal lights (194 amber)
LED tail lights (not 194)
LED reverse lights (can't remember, but I think they're 194)
LED license plate lights (194)
LED door lights (194)
LED footwell lights (strip)
LED map lights (non-moonroof) (521 festoon)
LED glove box light (194) (highly recommended!)

There are only two incandescent bulbs on the outside (fog lights; headlights are HID), and none on the inside. With the HIDs warmed up, current draw with every possible light on (other than fogs) is less than 100w. That is less than regular low beams with stock headlights (110w, assuming 55w bulbs).

It's an expensive road, though. Those switchbacks are $25 a piece. Just make sure you have an adequate budget.

Thank you everyone for the tips. I will probably do this later as it is an expensive upgrade, I didn't realize how much, until I started pricing everything.
