I have a 94 ATX with the 96 Brake Upgrade (on stock slicers). If I wanted to get snow tires (mounted on steel wheels) for the winter, would 15" rims fit? Or would the bigger brakes not allow that? I'd appreciate any help with this. Thanks.

try to get some 16" steel takeoffs at the dealer if you can. Other places to check would be police vehicle dealers. My winter tires are going to be mounted on 16" police/taxi steel wheels, and P71 style hubcaps.

Snow tires, why bother? Just get yourself a snow car! :p wink

Just kidding, I am just so anxious to play around in the snow with my new winter car.

TireRack and Discount Tire may also sell OE type 16" steel rims for Gen III SHO's and newer Taurus models. These will fit on Gen I & II SHO's.
