130A altantor on my 92 SHO??????????

i ordered a 150A powder coated alt. from cincy SHO. after about a month going back and fourth with them i come to find out that they are gona refound my money becuase they never got the alt. from the powder coater. but i told them just send me a stock 130A alt and send it 2 day shipping because i now need one pretty quick. but through another forum i have in exhaust someone told me that the alts are different from 89-93 and 94-95. i was unawear of this. but he also said that you can not just bolt up and plug in a 130A alt in a older car. but i went to cincy SHO and they say that the 130A will plug in to my car and bolt up. is this right?????? just a question because i don't want to get this alt that i have now been waiting over a month for and come to find out it is the wrong one.

I think the wiring harness will need modification for a 130a in a 92. Can anyone else confirm/deny this?
