My wife's 2013 Flex Ecoboost Rt. rear wheel after she lightly sideswiped that fender against a concrete light pole. Broken knuckle.

It shouldn't. They were breaking in stock form. H&R's should not matter for recall work.

My 2017 Taurus SHO PP had alignment issues from the day I bought it. First alignment was at 260 miles.
After 11k miles the vehicle had 6 alignments. Each time the pre-alignment measurement was .31 on the left toe.
No one was willing to find out what the issue was and why. They just kept aligning it, and sending me on my way.
If the vehicle was on any uneven surface (even a little tar filled area), the vehicle was all over the road.
After talking to a Ford Company Rep for months, And after sending me to different dealers to get it checked out and aligned, they finally did a Ford Buy Back (aka Lemon Law) and I dropped it off on 1/6/20.
It's something that a little over a month later this recall comes out..
Maybe after looking into my vehicle, it helped them find the issue.. ?

But will they align correctly with the H&R Springs or how does this work?

Ford will be replacing the old weak part for a more robust part. So there will be no change in its adjustability, just have to install new part and adjust alignment as needed for the new part. Doesnt matter if you are lifted, stock height, or lowered. No worries.

Has anyone gotten this recall taken care of yet? I remember getting the letter forever ago just stating there was a recall but I don't remember seeing the followup telling me to get the repair scheduled. Or did I just read the letter wrong and need to call my dealer?

Its still an advance notice. No "fix" available yet.

Relating to safety recalls, a manufacture has only so much time to let vehicle owners know before they are fined by the government. So you will get a letter long before parts are usually available. Kinda like the Takata problem.

Lots of warning, no parts for a long time.

Anyone affected will get another letter once parts are available.
