Sadly, no product on the market will help the intake valve carboning problem when delivered through the fuel tank. That's because there is no fuel washing over the valves in this implementation of GDI like there is with older fuel injection systems. Normally, I would recommend BG DI service every 30K based on their reported success at that interval, but Ford does not recommend it, and no point in voiding warranty if something SHOULD happen afterwards.

Instead, do this at every oil change:
  1. check your intake and turbo piping for oil deposits; if you see pooling you may need the valve cover TSB performed
  2. clean your MAP sensors with MAF/electrical parts cleaner
  3. inspect piping for loose clamps and cracks in the pipes
  4. inspect intercooler for oil/crud collection and empty if any is visible
  5. run a low volatility full synthetic oil (something like Amsoil for instance), not the cheapest oil you can find
  6. if interested in being tuned, adding a methanol injection kit would very likely take care of any deposits on the back side of the valves

Do you mean as an induction service or as a fuel additive? As an induction service, apparently Ford has recommended against that. As a fuel additive it won't really make it to the valves before being combusted and therefore may not offer much benefit that way either.
