    Ok, got the tranny apart... Most of the bearings look great.... but a couple aren't so smooth running. Where can I find part #'s for the bearings... a couple of them don't have numbers visible. (like the differential bearings)

    MTX case opening... need info

    I am getting ready to crack the case on my MTX that is making a ungodly screeching sound. I am assuming it is some bearing inside. My question is what is the correct way to open the case... face down, face up, sideways ?? I don't want parts falling out all over the place when I open it...

    Thunking and creaking..

    How to fix the park mech for the wipers...

    Did I get ripped off?

    I took the SHO into the shop yesterday to get the front end aligned. On my bill it had a charge of $20.00 to cut the pinch welds???... Where would a pinch weld be that would concern the alignment???.. Or are they trying to pull a fast one?

    MTX fluid suggestions....quick...

    Ok, the SHO is in getting a new clutch, TOB, etc...and I'm draining the 5 speed... I can't get Redline D4 anywhere around here, a shop here has Redline synthetic ATF, and thats it. What else can I put in this manual tranny, hopefully I'll have the car back today...

    Ok, I changed the water pump, timing belt, and replaced the CPS. I set the timimg accordingly. All lines & notches lined up.. It will not start.     Pressure plate problem??

    Ok guys... The car is very hard to put into 1st gear, and reverse is a trick also... Does this sound like the Pressure plate or a T/O bearing problem... Any suggestions... ------------------
