Well, I finally found the Gen 2 I've been looking for! I decided to back out of the Gen 1 that I was looking at due to the amount of work it needed and lack of somewhere to keep it while being worked on.
Anyway, I'm picking up the Gen 2 Friday night. It's a one owner, all maintenance records and original window sticker! He just put the borla stainless exhaust on it as well! It sounds awesome!
The body is almost mint. I found 3 rock chips on the hood, and the ORIGINAL silver paint is not faded! The interior is almost mint too, he hardly ever used the back seats or passenger side seat.
The downside to this car, although I'm not worried about it due to having proof that this car was meticulously maintained, is that it has 217K. He drove it back and forth here in Northern VA to Baltimore so most of its life was on 95. He also is a older gentleman, so it was never dogged, and that showed when I drove it. It felt like it only had 117K on it.
I'll get pics of it as soon as I get it and throw my buffer on it and get it up to my standards
