FLEES ARE COMIN
That turbo should hold about 15psi more than that. So, all they did was adjusted the rod length?
I was told it would support around 40......
Yah, we just turned the rod to lower the boost.

Early stock 7.3 powerstroke turbos are good for 18-25PSI
Later models are good for 25-30PSI.
That is with the 7.3
Not sure how that would equate to the SHO.
My '96 PSD maxes out at 18PSI with just intake and exhaust. Chipped and with aftermarket injectors would push it to 20+ PSI. But then Id need a $4k tranny!
I am not running a powerstroke turbo. I'm running a GT-42 off of a international line truck...
yeah just dont tell my wife lol, i promised her a new washer before i spent/lost any money. but then again im pretty sure i will be winning not loosing![]()

I'd love to race you in the standing mile, so hit me up if you ever go down there. But you have to take your slicks off. And no wagering money, I'd prefer not to loose a weeks gas money..![]()
Looking good Have fun with it and please be careful. You can get into a lot of trouble very quickly now.

Hey its no fun with out a wager. bring the car up to the shop soon and we can video a couple runs from a dig for youtube.
here is a data log i made of a standing half mile, i did it in 22 seconds, for some reason youtube messes up the files time line slightly, when i play back the original file on my hondata software it shows i hit 0-60 in just under 4 seconds, but once i upload to you tube it messes it up and shows it as just over 4 seconds, but any way you can see it hits 155 in 22 seconds flatand was just under a half mile to complete. here is the data log for yah to watch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GUyhXKMV32A
Something is not adding up. What are your 1/4 times and traps? I thought you were in the 12sec/120+mph area? If so your last 1/4 should take less than 7 seconds, putting you to the half in under 19 seconds. Did you soft launch or something?
a weeks gas money! I guess you haven't fully grasped how much fuel a boosted SHO can and will go through. :angelnot:
It actually is getting better mileage it seems if I don't get on it.
this is no joke. I just got pulled for going 100+ on the highway. I have 6 other tickets pending just from the last couple months. As you well know now 100mph only takes a few seconds to get to from a rolling start. It seems like no big deal in the car but cops tend to freak out.
oh and you and brian should come to numidia this friday, the track is way better then beaver, much better traction and over all facility. maybe he will let yah borrow his drag radials since he has the hoosiers now.
