werd........ it defintely seems like some motors run stronger then others

hey who cares if it doesn't make 400hp exactly..... Id still like to have it if it only made 375whp........ its quite an accomplishment

anyone who goes through a project like this is the real deal... you have to know something about what you are doing to even make a build like this start up... none the less run fast and run for a long time.........

if you guys are interested in the mods here they are
Garrett GT42 turbo
Bosch 50lb injectors with modified fuel rails
255lph fuel pump
BBBs
Adjustable FPR
Front mount intercooler
80mm Mark VIII mass air
MAFia Mass air extender
SAFC II
Tweecer
Clutchmasters stage 4 racing clutch
Wideband O2 sensor
Custom y-pipe and exhaust

The 400hp mark is only based on what the other two SHOs with this exact tune and setup made. one put down 404hp and 391tq, while the other made 380hp...but that was at 103 degrees outside and with a bit of lowered boost @ 12 lbs.

oh yeah. and it is QUITE realiable. if you read any posts of ours, you would see that this setup has taken us to Memphis in 109 degree weather 14 1/2 hrs straight through and then back the same amount of time. we have been 19 hrs to wisconsin in the winter and the summer 4 times back and forth all while going the 8 hrs to Carlisle PA two years in a row. Also, I drive this car EVERY SINGLE DAY to work and to lunch and to get parts and then home again, and to go to dinner at night. that is every day. this is a reliable 400 hp car. I cannot say what his will be yet, which is why i did NOT throw the 400 hp mark out for him as i do not know what it can do until I get a tune on it, however, i am confident that it is possible as long as he can restrain himself and not bounce it off the rev limiter over and over. He is planning to get the pistons, and when he does, we can turn the boost up higher then. But just for the record, I have been driving my SHO for 3 years now with out any problems, and there are plenty of people that can vouch that we have been where we have been at the convention and the car shows as well as wisconsin to meet with the SHO club there, and they know it is reliable. I have never had to tow it to anything, even at 103 degrees outside it is still as reliable as it is in 30*. Also, I have ALWAYS said that realiablilty is what matters..I am NOT in it for a horsepower race. that is not my priority and has never been. I wanted a fast daily driver, that i could still drive to work and race someone on the way. We achieved that, and that is all I am looking for.

It just seems that sometimes there seems to be a false sense of them having to defend themselves against "bashing" that's not taking place. But, they're young. They will outgrow that.

thats just because emotions arent very well conveyed through text,

like if i were to say, 'looks like the build is going good, too bad im not there.'

that could be taken as sarcastic, or that the build IS looking good, and its would be sweet to be a part of it,

but either way.... looks like the build is going good, too bad im not there!! lol

Fair enough, and I'll bring some of my grandma's attends so you don't **** on my seat when we do a high speed run lol.

What's the turbo off of? T444E? I work on Internationals all day long.
Do ya'll modify the wastegate? If you do or don't, what's the boost at in both situations. I'd like to get my hands on a VT35's turbo...

Great job so far!!!!

To be honest, I've never seen anyone add FI to an NA SHO so quickly. I think that you guys are moving quickly and seem confident in what you're doing and how to do it. Your numbers from your other 2 turbo SHO's are impressive as well. If you were any closer, I've love to drop by and see the turbo cars.

Oh, and your shop is awesome. :thumb:
