atx stock cat to flex pipe gasket

Ok I am confused. I have a stock 93 atx. Flex pipe to cats gasket is bad. Was given a fel-pro 60641 by Autozone. This tapered 2 1/4 ID 1/2 in high gasket doesn't look like it goes there. I can't figure it out. Looks like it should be a flat gasket. I searched the threads but didn't find another number and only one thread that said a flat gasket should be used. OH MY! It's Made in the USA! How did that happen?

I have ran into this before. Some of the databases the parts dealers use have the parts mixed up. If you ordered an ATX and got and MTX gasket, try ordering an MTX gasket. I bet they get you the right one. I had it happen at NAPA for a while.

If you really want to make sure, order one of each and return the incorrect one.

Tried the online databases for 3.0 and 3.2. Only part number and or picture that comes up is for the fel-pro 60641 or other maker that looks the same. Anyone else?
