SIS, really? I wonder if its the same SIS that we call when one of our webservers goes haywire. Altough I'm pretty sure all of our hardware is located in Lake Zurich. Do you work with a specific division of Siemens out there?

Yes, the department I work in holds the contract for all the Washington Mutual Bank Data Centers. SIS also holds the contract for the Port of Seattle.
