I have decided not to fix my 92 SHO and will now drive my Mother in laws 93 SHO ATX. I just did all 4 complete brakes on the 92 SHO about 3,000 miles ago. the 93 SHO needs brakes. so I swapped out the fronts, no problem. when I went to swap the backs, the rear rotors are different. the 92 are finned rotors while the 93 are thin rotors. can I just switch rotors and push the piston in further or can I put the 92 calipers on the 93? I would think the finned rotors on the 92 are better rotors because they would cool better on hard stops.
