I was down at my dad's house this last weekend and was able to take some pics of the SHO as it sits. I have "stored" it at his house since the tranny blew, and only get to see it when I visit. I planned late last year to bring it back to KC, but have been too damn busy, and my dad's F150 is acting up... so it sits

Anyway, here she is as she sits. I haven't had her around to clean her insides in a LONG while. Anyone have any good suggestions on what to use to get pop outta the carpet? The drivers seat needs a fix, so the panel on it's side. The steering wheel needs replaced, I found a thunderbird or cougar steering wheel that was damn near new, bout it, but don't think I will use it... I like the FR500 wheels :dribble:

The headliner was a PITA!!! I originally took the stock fabric off (previous owners lil girl had splashed choco milk all over it) and actually covered it in a midnight blue crushed velvet. While it was out, I sprayed a ceramic sound dampening spray to the underside of the roof for the system I was installing. This way I was killing two birds with one stone. My SHO was going to be a sho-piece for a performance parts/stereo biz me and a friend started. Long story short, he is no longer a friend, and the biz went down in a flaming streak. That summer I put that on... think it was 2000, the temp was so hot the glue (3m extreme stuff) came off and it was a HUGE MESS!! My ex and I ended things and this was at her mom's house. I had to cover it to get it back in the car, so I opted for Speaker Velvet (speaker box material). I recovered the package tray at this time also, so they match. But man, those headliners are not to be messed with, so brittle and just plain SUCK!!! LOL Well yep, can't wait to get her back:thumb:

well be fore cleaning everything, id say find the 2rd peddle thats missing:biggrin: just messin. Thats an interesting headliner though kinda a cool concept. As far as cleaning the carpet my mom has a steam cleaning carpet vaccume (you can rent them I think) and i used that, thing took so many stains and so much dirt out of the carpet it was unbelievable, might wanna give that a try:thumb:

Haha:laugh_ti: YEAH I know huh?! The steam clean is what I will do once I get her back here. Really what I was meaning is cleaner. Is there any cleaner that is a powerhouse that is safe on carpet? Hey thanks for looking btw :thumb:

mmmmmmm blue.... wanna sell it? *kicks self.. dammit I have no money.

oh no man  she is my driveway queen!

Another reason I did the headliner like this is because the actual molded fiberglass had a couple "low spots" in it after I had to cut what didn't come down after the crushed velvet fell off in places. This way the speaker velvet covers that up nicely... kinda camo if you will. There were only a couple of those spots, but they were in high profile places (where you would see em). :type:
