So interesting story for me - in this crowd maybe not so interesting. I have a neighbor I found through some BS'ing on a Sunday that works for UPR. I didnt know till I spoke to him this morning, someone told me he worked for a performance shop... I found he has been working for a long time at UPR in Lake Worth FL - its like a 20 minute drive from my house.

To the point - he asked what car and model - I was in the Taurus - after de-badging its a challenge for those not accustomed... he said - hey I have a great idea - lets make an install video - I said hey great - lets get that out to the ecoboost forum and shoforum.... so gonna head over to their place - they are expanding their presence, and bought a much larger warehouse to start doing performance shop work and capitalize since their current location is parts and shipping only.

SO - I will bring my car over and we will do the install and video it to post to their site to assist in sales. I thanked him for being a vendor not to bale on the Taurus 3.5l. Don't know if anyone on this forum will mind me posting the link when its done. I hope it could help others buying UPR or any other vendor to throw a video online showing the install. I know there are ones out there for other models to copy from.

I was excited - I knew they were so close to my home - and was gonna switch from J&L CC separators - I am NOT impressed with the dirty side only efficiency.

Just figured I would share and see the response.

Today came and paid for the parts - they installed and took video for a how too video. So when they - Steve at UPR - finishes the final edits I will post. I will be taking pictures and posting shortly. Also, I will be bringing the car back, UPR looks like they are going to be selling and shooting video for dual and single catch can setups for our platform.

They want to knock J&L out of the single can dirty side business. More to come soon.

Will post THE UPR video link and photos shortly.

Adding some photos from my setup - I purchased a 2 valve single can setup. UPR is going to manufacturer a bracket for the slot in our fan shroud see the picture where its focused on the hole in the shroud. They will be mounting a dual can system from the bracket they add to attach to the fan shroud. The 2 can pictures will be added closer to end of December. They are going to use the mounting place where mine is for a single can system for the dirty side as well. Will keep you all posted - this should help those folks looking to do this same project and just need some model for model placement of the hoses and partsr.

BTW NO customization, no adding or cutting of OEM parts. Plug and play!

How do you like the UPR oil catch can? Looking for something to reduce the oil getting into the air pipes going to the turbos on my 2017.

Oil drips on the ambient and boosted air pipes near turbos freaked me out because i thought turbos were bad and leaking oil; further inspection showed the oily residue was coming from above the turbo in the ambient air pipes (PCV tubes maybe?). thx

installed the UPR catch-can and hoses...nice quality. however, seems like it wont address an oil blow-by issue that i've noticed on the 2017 engine. the front valve cover has a tube that runs from valve cover to front turbo inlet pipe, and i've noticed a significant amount of oil blow-by residue from this tube that gets into the turbo inlet pipe and turbo. i hoped the UPR catchcan set-up would also address this, but that tube, etc remains in stock configuration. maybe this tube could use a check valve so that it only brings fresh air into the valve cover rather than also allowing pressurized blow-by gasses into the turbo inlet - IDK, the tube has a sensor
