Right on! I don't see too many SHOs in my area aside from grandma or grandpa driven ones. LmaooBpd1151, if I remember correctly is from around there. He has a sick looking 2010 build.
Ditto! Just with summer weather coming soon, I'd like to go cruise around and just hangout and have a good time! Granted I'm in one car club and I have alot of car buddies that do love my SHO but they all drive different cars, mustangs, classic cars etc. Not hating it just want more SHO buddies!There are many MI owners here I am sure they will catch up to this post.
Right on!He's on here occasionally. You can see a bunch of his build on the Ecoboost forum too. Not too much traffic there nowadays, but I still check it out. Lots of good info there.
Actually hailing from the suburbs of Chicago. But I have family in Michigan.Bpd1151, if I remember correctly is from around there. He has a sick looking 2010 build.
Keeping you in good spirits!Actually hailing from the suburbs of Chicago. But I have family in Michigan.
My build is stilling coming along. Slowly. But I am hopeful for completion this year.
I've since become semi-retired and am now working full time for another agency. Gotta love double dipping and working towards pension #2.
My wife's ongoing battle with cancer has kept me focused on her care and comfort. It's been 13 months plus, with some setbacks along the way. She's been placed on more chemo, which began in February and ends in late July. She has another surgery, then afterward.
It's been quite challenging. For both of us.

Did you mean 4th generation?I am a Gen 3 owner in Toledo.
I have a 2019 in Taylor Michigan.
I am a Gen 3 owner in Toledo.

Ah okay that makes sense! So mine is a Gen 5 Taurus!It does get confusing because the "Regular" Taurus trim levels do have 6 individual generations.
As far as the SHO (only), those are broken down as follows:
GEN1 = 1989 to 1991 MY's
GEN2 = 1992 to 1995 MY's
GEN3 = 1996 to 1999 MY's
GEN4 = 2010 to 2012 MY's
GEN5 = 2013 to 2019 MY's
Notice the gap above between 2000 and 2009 model years?
That is because the SHO was discontinued during those years, while the "regular" trim levels were still being built.
I hope that helps clear up some/or any, confusion!
