So I decided to test this vp racing c85 because it has been sitting for some time. I wanted to see if it still showed 85%. I am planning on going to the track tomorrow and I got an interesting reading. Looks like all ethanol except the additives. So basically 92%. It had been sealed but outdoors over a year. It looks and smells normal. I trusted it's known content and did not test when new. Would you trust using this? 20240912 135108

Kind of a non answer but I I did read the article. I guess the answer is there's a chance it's really not any good given the time, and temperature fluctuation. Therefore probably not worth running and taking the chance. Goodbye $100 of e85

Truly is a non answer, sure it looks like a small enough amount not to be an issue. I wouldn't personally.

I wish I had tested it previously, it might look that way fresh but I have no reference to go by. I'm not going to chance it. The negative possibilities are too great.

I would full send, without thinking twice. It was sealed, you are good.
