New spark plugs pregapped

I bought a set of pregapped NGK plugs to replace the stock plugs and now I get a weird idle stutter. No CEL but it started after the new plugs were installed. I’m going to pull them this week and regap them they were supposed to be .31 I believe. Should I take them in to like .29 or what have you guys found? Car is not tuned and I mainly run 91-93 in her. Thanks!

I do that decimal point thing all the time wrong....
