E3 Spark Plugs, for racing rebuilds only?

New member here, this is my first inquiry. I have not found anything with the search to answer my specific question. I want seriously to change the E3 spark plugs when I replace them, but I read that they are copper only. Is that the choice of racing engines for frequent rebuilds? Parts store recommends double platinum or an iridium. Which is fine. I’m just not sure why E3 doesn’t have a more expensive option to live up to all the hype.
Second question: do the ignition coils really go bad and need to be replaced? A set of six is incredibly expensive, and less I buy Chinese Acme brand on Amazon. Any good experience with those? For the record, my SHO is a 2018

IMO, E3 plugs are a gimmick. Stick with recommended OEM spark plug.

Also, IMO, stick with Motorcraft coils. Don't change them for the sake of changing them. Stay away from cheap eBay and Amazon coils.

Change those immediately to the ford iridium plugs.
