2012 MKS Ecoboost - 0 Boost PSI, P0299

So my MKS Ecoboost lacks any sort of power you'd expect from a 3.5 TT. I used an OBD data logger to find out why, here's what I found:

1. Boost pressure will never exceed 0 PSI
2. Wastegate Duty cycle: on first attempt to launch the car upon start up, WGDC will increase as expected up to 100%, then underboost will trigger, and WGDC will never go past 0.

I hear the turbos spooling, so is it a boost leak??

check the hoses connected to the wastegate controller, located atop the manifold. ford doesnt clamp them, dont know if lincolns are the same or not.

unusual to see 2 turbos fail together, but check the c-clips on the wastegate actuator rods on the turbos.

As SHOdded mentioned check the zip tied hose in the pic. Bottom center(ish)

I had previously checked that and it seemed snug enough. Added a zip tie to be sure and problem persists!

I'm taking it in to a trusted mechanic on Monday (tomorrow), see if they can dig up the issue

Update: I noticed some oil/grime on the cold air inlet hose on the front turbo where it connects to the turbo. Does that mean anything?

Not really, but I did. Front turbo exhaust impeller was completely sheared off, found it sitting on top of catalytic material in downpipe cat lol. Ended up replacing both turbos myself. Was a bit of a job but I got it done on jackstands with a very basic tool set.
