Loud singular pop from after warming up?

Since the weather has gotten a little colder I've noticed a single pop sound coming from somewhere behind me in the cabin. It doesn't every time I drive the car from cold but if it does happen it's within the first 10-15 minutes. It sounds exactly like a plastic bottle that's been indented popping back out due to pressure change.

Everytime you shift into reverse, the shade will attempt to lower, whether it is up or not. Possibly a gear popping during that time.

It definitely happens 5-10 mins after starting while driving forward and not having been in reverse for some time.
