Hello, Im Robert. I have a 2013 SHO pp with stage 3 turbos.. 1700cc injectors..evo hpfp..300c lpfp..fm tvr25 intercooler.. epp full intake..downpipes..exhaust..the works

Unfortunately i don't have any dyno charts yet. Im currently dealing with a misfiring/ sputter issue after the new upgrades. (Turbos, evo hpfp, and 1700cc injectors) it drives ok 20 to 30% throttle but once i get on it any more that that is when it starts to sputter and misfire. It gives a random/multiple misfire code also when i started the datalog it showed fuel pump duty cycle failed to setup..i don't really know what that means im still new with the tuning and technical stuff. I put in new SP-594 plugs gapped at .030 and put back the oem coil packs to see if it would help but still the same. DW300c lpfp was already in but i fear that i might have to replace the filter. The tune is the Ortiz 93 tune. In the process of doing the revision but i may have to fix the issue first. If you guys have any insight plz let me know. Any help is always appreciated.

Welcome! That sounds like a great setup. Sorry to hear it’s not running right…..yet. Something like that, I wouldn’t be driving it too much. Sounds like you need to be doing as many data logs as you can and sending them in to your tuner. Also must be very frustrating as you spent some decent coin and it can’t go any more than 30% throttle? The injectors….1700cc? What brand are they? Are they DeatschWerks? You have a 3bar or 2.5bar map?

Swapped out the injectors to stock and she's running like a champ. Unfortunately I think it's time for us to step away from the DW injectors entirely. Way too many issues with them these days.

I was looking at the

DeatschWerks injectors on Oritz site and was interested because their flow rate fell in line with my build and not being a expert but to me the xdi where going to be to much for my setup. Besides this case, what is the problem with DeatschWerks injectors? And is their any more options besides going with XDI?​

The last 3-4 sets of DW injectors we've sold had to be removed and returned under warranty due to electrical faults and the injectors litterally going to ground fault at WOT (not good!). We have worked with DW on this, but they don't seem to acknowledge an issue and pretty much claim that it's install error due to the wiring change that has to happen. We've pressed them to offer them as a direct installation rather than requiring pigtails to remedy this, as it's hard to know if it's the pigtail or the injector itself when there is no direct option available.

We are actually working with another company to bring another alternative to market, that should hopefully launch soon. We are testing some HPFPs for them this week, and once they are done we will move on to injectors.
