I thought you guys had the squirrel catcher that is found on the XSport too. Hmm, didn't know you guys didn't have it. It diverts air up to the PTU and rear catalyst. Wonder how hard it would be to fit onto a SHO...if someone was so inclined.

I been toying around with some carboard cutout to see if it's possible to make a larger one out of aluminum..but it's still in the cardboard stage LOL...

The Flex model has this integrated into the belly pan, though I do like how yours is more of a ram air effect.

Explorer as well. Mine was missing when I purchased my Sport. I recommend using any bolts other than the ones it came with as they have about a half a turn to tighten them. Otherwise you probably will run over it when it falls off.

Yeah, we already clarified that the XSport has it a few posts up...and I wouldn't recommend changing out the half turn actually, it shouldn't fall off unless it wasn't tightened properly...

Tapatalk didn’t load all your pictures for me so I didn’t see where the part number was listed.

I ordered some extra clips since mine was missing the clip in the back. The first one turned up front made the clip in the k member come out so my confidence with those were pretty low. Makes me wonder if the even sold me the correct ones.

I used U clips with M8 bolts that I feel more confident with them hold with blue loctite.

Been slow. Ordered AN fittings for the trans cooler set up and port matching has begin. Turbos look spicy and pretty decently sized when compared to the OEM ones. That's about it.

Machine shop walking through molasses. Crank balancing machine broke so their estimating they'll have it replaced in a month. 2021 it is at this rate lol.

Yeah if you could keep them out of surge at all. Those would be perfect for this engine, at like 10k rpm!

I read some articles a while back about the development of compression-ignition gasoline engines. Also Europe is setting up mandates of lambda 2.0 afr's, so we might all be rolling in gas-powered "diesels" soon

Just out of curiosity, I'd be interested in seeing your spec sheet. The injectors I got are from his first generation injectors, so I'd love to see if improvements were made...
