Finally got my noisemaker pipe upgraded, all this time I was wishing to cut it open and see it whats inside, I have not seen single video on youtube showing insides of it.
All of you with the noisemaker still attached to the car, when I did my boost test, the seal that noisemaker pipe itself attached to intake tube starts to leaks boost after 10psi.
Anyway all in the video, enjoy

Replaced my intake tube with the Lincoln version that doesn't have the noisemaker. Not fancy or polished but it does help clean up the engine bay.

I was looking for one for ever and every time I fond one it was same price as this aftermarket one, that's why I got what I got.

Does anyone have the Lincoln part number that's the replacement for this?
Or an aftermarket lead? Is this just called an intake tube?
Sorry, kind of new to this.

Thanks!

Outlet Tube, part number AA5Z-6F073-C. Byers Ford had the best price online, but was out of stock. Levittown Ford was only a few dollars more and shipped immediately. Installation was straightforward.

So it looks like the MKS piece comes with a 3 bar TIP/MAP sensor? Might be better way to go for newbies before they get their tune.
