Thanks, Luigisho. I've seen those on the parts diagrams from Ford but haven't (yet?) found the end caps themselves. If I find them, I'll post the info.

This is unfortunately not something you can find. Looking at the parts catalog here at my shop there are only part numbers for the roof moldings. Unless someone makes aftermarket parts for it (unlikely) you'll have to either torch them to melt it back together and dip them, or shell out $150 a side assuming you're buying them from ford.

Thanks. It would be cool if someone with 3D printing experience would see if they could make new ones! I'm sure Ford wouldn't be happy about it, but ... it would certainly be worth it for the replacement parts market.

I have 3D printing experience and 3 3D printers, but what I don't have any experience with is those end caps cracking so I don't have an excuse to pull one off and model it.

Does anyone here happen to have a spare/scrap/salvage one sitting around that could be used as the model?

There is no level of material for 3D printing that I would suggest to be used on the roof of a car. All the plastics would degrade fairly quickly.
You don't need someone with a 3D printer, you need someone capable of CAD.
