So I happened to be reading the October Rock Auto news letter. They mention a company named
Leland Global. Said company manufactures all aluminum radiators. I go on Rock Auto search under 95 Taurus 3.0 Dohc they list one!!! $111.79 sorry if i missed someone posting this already.
I did not see one listed for the ATX however it looks like they just put blockoff plugs in the end tank for the transmission lines.

All aluminum Radiators have been available for a long time. I've had one in my 91 for 6 years. They are on ebay. Use to be offered by Genisis Radiators which is where I bought mine.

Oh I know that. I also have one from Genesis that I have had in my 95 for the same amount of time. I was just putting it out there. It is good to have choices. I was just more surprised they listed one for the car.

Search "taurus aluminum radiator" on ebay. There are several available and probably all made by the same company.

The price on Rockauto is better than the ones on ebay, even with the shipping cost. I've got one on order so we will see how well it's made.

The radiator is made in China and it was shipped directly from Liland Global in New York. As you can see the photos, it looks pretty well made. The end tanks are not as large as the plastic end tanks so that should provide some extra clearance space. The drain spout is metal and is better quality than the plastic ones.

I had recently purchased a radiator from Napa and notice the quality of the metal tabs (that wrap around the plastic tanks) are more brittle than older versions. Hence, when I was crimping the metal tabs, one of them broke off. Hence, you can see why I ended up putting RTV along the crimp lines.

I was able to get me a all aluminum radiator 1094 on ebay for $139 with free shipping, the brand is Cooling Master, after I got it I didn't realized the cap design is smaller than the oem but from the company it say that it's a improved design

I just recently purchased this exact radiator, did yours come with the cap, or did you purchase it separately? Would love to know which cap it is if you purchased it separately as mine did not come with one.
