I would first inspect all the hoses, especially the turbo piping. Also check all your vacuum hoses, a few tend to pop off fairly easily. Could also be the seal in you BOV’s. If you have warranty, return to stock and take it to the dealer.

Yes I checked all the hose and piping didn’t see anything everything looks ok can’t check the bov seal gotta get new ones right. I’m gonna return to stock and take it in. Thanks

It’s just what I dreaded if this was happening before the tune and now I go to the dealer and they see the car was flashed can’t even fight it I guess they are gonna say the tune caused the issue. I’m gonna return it to stock I guess I’m gonna test my dealer been going along time there. Is it safe to drive this like this ?

I think they only see a P1000 code, unless they REALLY look deep in the ecu.
You get that same code for removing the battery cables.....
If they ask or say anything just tell them you tried to clear the code by removing the cables.

... Put a tune on Saturday friend and I he put the tunes on so I don’t know if he cleared codes first and then installed the tune...

Pretty certain that when you flash in a tune the KAM (memory) is cleared automatically. Just flash it back and then drive it until the code comes back. If it does, take it to the dealer. When they find the problem it will be evident that the tune did not cause it (mechanical failure/leak).

I had the same code P0299 and could tell I was leaking boost from my digital gauge I use. I checked everything that was posted here, Hoses, valves etc. It ended up being my rear turbo, the waste gate rod popped off on the turbo. Its held on by a e clip (probably cost a penny).
