No, not modded. That's a value killer Turbo and a quaife reduce the price (well, just the quaife could get a few more bucks). A stock 93 MTX just like this "might" get $7k. A 91 wouldn't do much better. An 89 just like this one would be the $9-10k car.

I guess this seller hasn't noticed that no ATX Gen 2-3 has sold for more than half their asking price
