I have a Blue '95 3.2L with a cracked head.
Bought another engine and just found out it has a cracked head. Argh!
It looks like between the two engines, I can make one work.
However, I am having a heck of time finding gaskets, head bolts, piston sleeve (both have a rust problem in a cylinder), and rings for this engine model.
I sent a query to SHO Source a little while ago to see if they are a resource.
If you have any other suggestions, I'm all ears!

Shosource should be able to help you out with most of those parts you need for a rebuild

There are 3.2 gaskets on ebay for something like $45 apiece. They are made by Apex. I have no history with them so I cannot recommend one way or another but that's a good deal.

That is a good price. Apex are Chinese made gaskets if I remember correctly. Not sure if that matters regarding quality or not.

Cometic Has head gaskets. They are not listed on the website, but they do have them.

Fel Pro still makes complete and partial gasket kits. I don't know the numbers off the top of my head but they're on their site if you do a search I know for sure. They're a little pricey but worth it. Did a 3.2 a while back and had no problems. The head bolts are around but I can't tell you where to start looking since I lucked out and found mine from a local speed shop that had them. Sleeves I have no idea but SHOSource should be able to point you in the right direction - they haven't let me down yet.

How long ago did you find Felpro 3.2 head gaskets?

Did a search and it turns out Fel Pro also makes the head bolts. Part number for just the head gaskets is 26228PT. The full gasket set is HS26228PT. Head bolts is ES74030.

Literally 4 months ago. I saw them on their website but they weren't in stock. I called them and they pointed me to a couple vendors in my area that did have them. I purchased the full set at a performance shop somewhere in the S. Philly area for around $300. I picked up the spare singles set for just the heads for$170. It looks like they might have changed the part numbers or they are getting discontinued (maybe the demand isn't there anymore) - my retail bag for the set had dust on it. The part numbers I have are straight off the packaging.

Fel-Pro discontinued the head gaskets years ago. There are still some floating around if you are willing to put in the time. I bought the last Fel-Pro 3.2 head gasket that Rockauto ever sold back in 2012.

Glad you found a set, they are pretty rare. I imagine there are Ford sets floating around as well in old inventory somewhere.

Yeah I guess I'm lucky enough to live in a city where there are a ton of brick and mortar places that have inventory collecting dust in the back. I heard a rumour about the last of the Ford gaskets being scooped up by one guy that was flipping them in the thousand dollar range years back. Best bet now for the official Ford ones is try a dealership where the service/parts department looks unorganized. Pacifico Ford near me a few of us made friends with the founder old man Joe who is semi-retired to some Fox Mulder office all the way in the back of the dealership while his kids run the place, and the entire area back there is just buried in old parts and boxes laying all over like Raiders of the Lost Ark. He's been able to help me and my friends find tons of NOS parts for several of my cars over the years.
