3 bar MAP - not the right one?

Ordered a CX2231 off of eBay, wound up with a CX2594 - it says "China" on it, and the part # is AA5A-9F479-AC

I know it's supposed to be "Germany" and a -AB suffix.

Seller pulled a fast one on me? Or is this a superceding part?

CX2594 is correct, probably AC suffix is too, but I have not seen anyone post pics of their 2594's yet.

Looks oem to me. Quite often box p/n and part-stamped p/n do not match. Happened even with the cx2231.

Thanks. Starting to collect parts to do the Livernois thing. Still undecided if I want to keep my 2016, or start over with a 2019.

I guess I could always pull the MAP on the throttle body, replace it with this one and make sure the car still runs right ;)

It’ll be 2020 or so before it’s officially stopped.

Also if it’s the 3 bar I don’t think it will run right without a tune

Correct the 3bar replacing the 2bar on top of the intake will not. The MAP before the throttle body is a 3bar stock and shouldn't have issues being replaced with another 3bar.

Exactly. That's why I was going to put it there and see if the car runs right to verify it's correct. ;)

Yeah, I'm the guy who emailed support a few weeks ago about the ability to move from my existing 2016 to a 2019 without extra $'s. You guys responded in like an hour or two. Good customer support.

I need to get something on my 2016 looked at before I do that. The PCV system is leaking oil and it's using a LOT of oil. We'll see what happens.

Does the 2016 have the new oil separator on the engine wall side? If so is it clogged? Using lots if oil, could be turbo seals. Mine "uses" 1 QT every 2,500 miles 5w_30 Magnatec full syn and my Ford Dealers said that within spec for twin turbo hard summer usage, whatever that is......
