I forgot to answer your PM on what grit to use. My apologies.

Nothing to abrasive mind you, but just enough to provide a lil scuff to the surface in order to promote adhesion.

Be sure to AVOID using products like Armor All, etc. in/on those areas, as it can permeate the material itself, and cause the vinyl to lift.

So use caution during maintenance/cleaning.

Looks great though. Way to draw or tie in the color theme, into the interior.

ya the vinyl stuck fine to those pieces. its just the other ones that have the texturing to them that they wont stick. I'm looking into hydro dipping some of the stuff since its not to expensive

Covered up the dingy console doors with some textured Black CF vinyl. It came out really nice. A couple edges need some cleanup, but I can do that in place. This console was a breeze to take apart compared to my Focus ST.

Gave the SHO a bath today, and trying to order some new brakes. I don’t have a lot of money to spend, this set up is about 280$ total. Would this be decent for daily driving? And will the PP pads fit my non PP car? Also couldn’t find PP pads for the rear

So I gave the big girl a tune up today. Plugs were the really needed, pretty sure they were the original ones. Hardest plug swap I've ever had to do, my back aches from laying over the Motor. Short guy here, those back ones are a real pita. I'll post some pics of the plugs in a bit. Hoping this takes care of the hesitation I was getting.

I did notice oil in the crossover tube when I loosened it to do the rear plugs. So I'm sure it's in the intercooler.

I've been reading up on them. I have little knowledge on turbo engines as this being my first one. My son's the turbo guru in the family. But I'm sure I'll get one to install. Probably around the same time as I get her tuned.

That strap on the plug did look a little worn! And yes... those rear ones are a little rough... but after you do it a few times it get easier.
