Lurking Around
It's solid on the driver's side, because that car is equipped with ACC, & the sensor for it, lies behind that solid panel.

OKAY????? That the heck?
Why does it look like the lower grill on the drivers side is solid? While the pass side is meshed?
WOW! That is a lot of ponies! I would sure be happy with those numbers!Details in the Performance Upgrades but did my "Post Tune" DYNO Picked up almost 60 HP at wheels and 72 lb. Ft. Torque.....went from 266 to 322 HP and 320-392 Lb. Ft. I was obviously hoping for more but a little over 20% increase so not too shabby. Thanks LMS Jamie and Anthony!!! A shout out to COBB Tuning Plano, TX Neil and Calvin!!

Within the past few weeks I've added 35% tint all the way around, smoke Lamin-X on taillights, blacked out grille border, converted to LED puddle/interior lights, vented BOV's to atmosphere and added some custom decal overlays.
My buddy said it's starting to look like something Darth Vader would drive HAHA.

Yea I agree. I've thought about using the Lamin-X on the headlights but going much lighter. Theit lightest film shade is "tint" , and I think it's a 5-8%.MD......from a safety aspect blacking out the tail lights not so much. From a aesthetic point it looks nice professionally done and not as dark as you would think. With that said I used the same 5% Lamin X on my headlights just enough to sport out the front with the black grille and window tint but not overly obvious or obtrusive. Definitely blends in well with Deep Impact Blue and Ingot Silver. I suspect that it would blend in as well if not better as a 5% smoke for the headlights. Especially on the Tuxedo Black. Having had D.I. Blue and Ingot Silver I can say the 5% sports out the front but does not attract attention police wise and still provides well above average headlight beam pattern especially with HID 5000 or 6000K bulbs. Something to consider and mine was around $100 for both headlights they applied it with a modified steam cleaner that loosens the adhesive and stretches the film to fit the lens.
Is that Aspen (something) appt complex in chesterfield MI?
Do you have a pic of your headlights by chance?MD......from a safety aspect blacking out the tail lights not so much.
