I'm going to check the air filter tomorrow and maybe some map cleaner? It's so wierd the car doesn't do it sometimes only if I'm driving it for a bit and start hitting the gas hard from 1st to 2nd never does it if I kick it down from 40 I feel it about a thousand rpm before it shifts it like hesitate and comes right back and then when its about to shit at 100 I see the rpm get close to shift then go up and down slightly then shift
That shift at 40 is more of a lag in the boost being built. Dead spot in these from around 45-60 where they don't take off like you'd want them to.

Rich, did you have your car at their shop and on the dyno to get this tune or was it done remotely? Do you know how it differs from the regular 4+X?

After posting in the drag results thread on EBPF, I received a nice email from Livernois with this tune in it and an encouraging message to try and best my 12.40 before the year ends.

Was told the car this was made for matched my mods and strategy...LUCKY ME!!!

Received it Thursday and had 3 hour road trip to waterpark the next day...so I didn't get to go to the dragway with it yet...but I did load it up and go for some "daily" driving.

WOW!!!!

There was a warning in the email that mentioned the "crisp" shifting after a re-flash, which is commonplace....but this one seemed less aggressive on the shifting after a flash?

I haven't launched the car hard yet...cold roads, full tire pressure, more power just doesn't add up to good thoughts IMO. Still on a semi aggressive take off the car pulls like a rocket. 3rd gear is an entirely new animal now (1500 on fuel rail pressure at top of 3rd on 19% E) and keeps you back in the seat upwards of a 100.

The dead spots of 40-55 are much more responsive and eager to drop a gear. This instance was the only "crispier" than normal shifting...when it grabbed lower gear it grabbed it...not real harsh, just more than normal...was still on a freshly flashed tune though too.

Seeing low to mid 14's on boost consistently now and the car loves it.

Big thanks to the guys over at Livernois!

Really appreciate the top notch customer service and all the cool little things they do for their customers. It's a treat being a local.
