Been lurking for a while just joined

New guy here and wanted to say thankyou to all of you active members for posting, as a new guy to SHO's it's saved me allot of headaches and time. Got my first SHO by accident was just looking for a comfortable (im a big guy) commuter decent has mileage and a 5 speed were my requirements when the CL gods blessed me. I never want to drive anything but a SHO, just lined up deal for #2 as I keep a car at my north and south terminals for work. And she's a beauty black on black 93 MTX low mileage and perfect inside and out wish me luck Gents's and happy to be here.

Welcome, what part of WA state are you in? Black/Black/MTX is a nice color combo, good find. Saw that you just picked up the car. Post some pictures. Was that the car posted for sale in Kent?

I live in Lewis County area work in Seattle to Portland area so Chehalis south im driving the white 92 MTX and Chehalis North it's the black 93 MTX im getting dead headed to portland tonight so I'll bring the white car to keep down south im so happy I can do all my work driving in a SHO. I'll try to post some pics asap of both cars please forgive the quality im not a good picture taker. Oh yeah and it was the one in Kent with no photo on the ad, guy texted me pics and I couldn't dig out the wallet fast enough

Sure you can! But you should really set up an account (free!) on Photobucket.com or flickr.com or shospeed.com, upload them there, then put the links to them in a post here. You could try posting direct on this forum, but I think it is size limited still.

A couple of the local guys (closer to Vancouver/Portland were planning to go a track day in March. The local group down south also gets together during the summer/fall for a either a track day or picnic.

I'm not yet but I'll be looking it up now and schedule permitting id love to start being more active in local SHO scene especially since I let my 16yo son drive my 92 back from getting the 93 last night he still has a stupid grin on his face so I let him drive it to school today got a text a few hours ago he dosent want me to take it south then he asked if he can get one and just when I though the kid had no interest in cars other than a point A to B thing no previous interest in resto work or performance then bam kid wants a SHO of his own

Here is the link to join the group when you get a chance. I'm usually pretty busy as well, but I try to get down south for the annual get together. Good to hear your son is interested in the SHO. My daughter is driving the first SHO I bought 10 years ago, but I don't think she has caught the bug yet
