Good day,

My wife and I expect delivery of our 13 SHO next week. This vehicle will be my wife's daily driver year around.

I drive a 2005 Subaru STi which is heavily modified (run's 12.09 @115 on pump and mid 11's on race fuel).

Looks like the SHO can take ECU flash mods with great results.. I would like to know what the factory rotating mass set up is (forged internals etc?).

Thanks for the info...

Jeff

Crank is forged... The pistons are cast as are rods. Livernois offers forged pistons...Inquire with them on cost of install... Many other parts and tune options....

I asked as those are roughly the times we see on a stock turbo with 93 vs E85. I'm sure the Red is fun!

WoW... I have never seen anyone close to 12.09 with stock turbo and 93 octane.. the best I could muster was 12.8 @ 105.

The red is fun.. especially at 30psi... Yipes

Low 12's are very possible on a stock turbo. How hard were you pushing that tune?

I know the Red is fun, but like to go rotated once going that big.

Doesn't E-85 give more power and better times than 93????
Way more.

O.. yea.. maybe I misunderstood.. I could see E85 running low 12's (into 11's) with stock turbo.

VF39's are capable of mid 11's with the right parts, E85, and tuning.
