Ok so as much as you know im aiming to kick Mark N. out of the #1 N/A SHO spot. And this is the pre-thread to build the tension to my actual time slips and video.

The only thing I will say at the moment is my blue ************* trapped 104 mph all motor. You guys can guess what times I ran untill I get the video edited and everything organized.

I might note I broke the trans on this run.

Ok, story time. I pull up in a f250 with my Taurus on the trailer. And 3 black guys all 3 had mustangs (2 foxbody's and 1 1994 5.0) were cracking there jokes and snickering. I thought it was cute. So I made sure to roll the thing off the trailer instead of starting it. Well 1 hour passes, and they walk up to me cause they see me mounting the GoPro and they started asking me questions about the GoPro which quickly turned into questions about the car. I just told him it was a 3.2 v6. Well He thought he was going to try to make some $$$ off me and try to hustle me in on a race. Against the 1994 GT. Conversations go by and we agree on 60$. Then me being cocky I said " I will even let you get the jump, Ill go when I see you go" Even though it was not neccesary I rolled the car to the lanes cause I didnt want him backing out when I started the car AND THEN being even more cocky started to mount the GoPro on the back of the car.
Well he must of got nervous cause he jumped me, like 1st light jumped me. So I realed him in and then pulled about 2 bus lengths on him. Here is the video unedited just shortened.

Seemed like my car grabbed all sorts of attention last night. I had to persuade everyone who walked up to my car that it was not supercharged or turboed or spraying nitrous.

I just love love older 5.0 Mustangs for that reason. Third gear just destroys em if they haven't been built. Must not be anything under his cowl.. lol

OK so here is a description of what some of the runs were like.

Traction was a big concern, But playing with the tire pressure helped ALOT. First run out running 36psi in the front, 50 in the rear, and the car spun all the way through 1st, spun for a good couple seconds in 2nd, and then would really break them loose going into third. Got some great video of hearing all 3 chirps. But after using the grass and gravel to my advantage I could see exactly where the contact patch was. Found out 29psi on 225/55/16's was freaking perfect. and on that run out it netted me my fastest 60ft of the day a 2.30. Now if you can imagine how hard it is to launch a 2800 pound, cammed SHO where all your power is up top. launching from 4k was no longer getting me 2.2 60ft's. At this point the sun was setting and the temps where on the way down, and the car was running faster. So I tried something different. My next run out I tried something different. I sat on the green light, put the car up to 5500 rpm and slipped the clutch to keep traction, Feeling good I no lift shifted into second, then slammed into third. I knew it was the fastest time of the night considering right after the finish I almost bounced off the limiter in 3rd.

Catless equal length SHOsource y, IIRC. I'd bet it's every bit as irritating in person. (which I mean in a good way)
