95 mtx shifter hard to shift and grinding

My 95 mtx just started doing this and its got me worried. Everytime i downshift or even drive the car i hear a grinding noise i sometimes have reverse sometimes i dont 5 th gear is hard to get into and say it's in gear and i take my foot off the gas it feels like the car is going to shake apart

Pressure plate could be wearing at the fingers where it meets the throw out bearing.. I had this problem with mine. I had to get a running start into the gears and it always grinded...

The trans completely went out on me so I put the spare that I had in. The Shifter totally locked up on me. I have solid motor mounts and im wondering if that made the trans go sooner. I also had no fluid in it either due to a leak somewhere. Any ways its all fixed now.
