How many Koni Blue SHOs were built?

Does anyone know how many 2011 Ford SHOs were built? How many Kona Blues?

Good question. Kona blue and the dark burgundy are built in very small numbers. We only build like 1 of each of that color an hour. And they aren't always SHO's.

I have seen a Burgundy SHO (2, actually, though it might've been the same one twice) but I have never seen a Kona blue SHO. I'd like to know as well how many were made!

Then a 2011 owner will have to buy a certificate from Ford to get build number chart...

We started the 2012s Monday. But we were down half the day.

Not sure about the 2011 Kona Blue, but probably rare. In 2010 only 301 of the Steel Blue Metallic. I have no 91. Have yet to see another. Have had several "parking lot" offers and collected a couple of phone numbers for when I am ready to move on. Interesting.

I fell in love with the Steel Blue Metallic before I bought my red, another dealer about 15 miles from where I purchased mine had a Steel Blue SHO, but it had 1000 more miles on it then the red I purchased and the dealer that had the blue wanted 2 thousand more for it then the Candy Red I ended up buying. The dealer with the Steel Blue SHO would not move off that number and I ended up with even a sweeter deal on my Candy Red SHO. Anyway, my point was that it has been the only Steel Blue SHO I have seen and have only seen one other Taurus in Steel Blue, reenforcing your point that the Steel Blue Metallic was a fairly rare color and I have only seen 1 Kona Blue Taurus and never a SHO in that color.

I have yet to see a Kona Blue SHO on the road and I'm in the greater Detroit Metro Area. We probably have as many Taurus and SHO's as anywhere. Matter of fact I work in a Ford Dealership and I know we have never sold one. Very rare indeed.

Does anyone know how many 2010 SHO's were made across the board? i've always wondered how many Ford makes. Also, do you mind sharing how you find out what # you have? I looked over my folder from the dealer, but I can't find anything.

Per my cert. from Ford,there were 7114 2010 SHO built. Mine was #5118.I have a RED Candy and it is #1155 of 1518.Call ford at there 800# and for $40 you can receive all your build info..
