My 2010 SHO just rolled past 40,000 miles yesterday. So far so good. The only issue that is driving me crazy is the seatbelt retractor rattling. Otherwise, running great. Now it is time to up the power, so I just ordered the Lovernois tune. Can’t wait.
Since 80%+ of my driving is on the highway, which tune should I install? Anyone else have the seatbelt retractor rattle?

Stage 2 would suffice. Honestly since almost all of your driving is highway and you travel for a living, I would say stay with stock so you can still run regular gas (due to the ridiculous price of gas).

I've run Stage 2 since I got the tunes. I'm very happy with Stage 2, although these guys are tempting me to step to Stage 3, but with less the 10K on the car, I'm really happy at Stage 2 and with the only difference being that the Stage 3 doesn't have torque management for the transmission, I'm extremely happy with the Stage 2 tune. The car really isn't lacking anything with the Stage 2 and since I'm not doing any racing, Stage 2 will stay in the car for now.

I thought about going back to stock as gas prices sky rocket, but it's only about $6 bucks more for a full tank compared to regular prices. Depends on what you pocket book can afford. But, I've found with the stage 2 and Corsa exhaust I'm geting aboiut 20% better mileage.

Sounds like Stage 2 is the way to go. As for gas prices, I'm lucky that my gas is covered. My boss is cool with me buying 93 octane as long as I'm over quota! With 40k in one year, I burn a lot of fuel. Lucky that in my area 93 is everywhere. I've been running Shell V-Power 93. I also have been using BG 44k and Techron to keep fuel system clean.

I'm getting close to 24 on the highway and about 21-22 overall.

I wish I got any where near that, 17mpg is that best I have gotten yet. And thats babying it, drive 26mi round trip everyday half is freeway 75-80mph and the other half is on a us interstate hwy 45-50mph. The plus is its up from 16mpg before I put on stage 2

Normally I get between 22 and 23 on "sorta" highway driving. Mostly highway I've gotten in the 25 to 27 range. Recently added the Airaid CAI and it appears after limited driving that I may be improved to 24 to 25 "sorta" highway driving. What I mean by "sorta" highway is my trips from home to about 40 miles away that I make frequently, most of the roads are 3 lane with a fair amount of hills and mountains but also about 15 miles of the trip is 4 lane highway that is mostly flat. I normally set cruise control between 56-59 for best mileage results.

I usually have long drives. This morning 60 miles out, then another 110 to another customer then about 35 home. I think the car gets up to optimal temps and I try to set the cruise as much as possible. The Judge suggested it after my third ticket in twelve months! Of course I had to pay dearly to get out of the ticket. Living in Ohio is truly living in a “Police State” with Highway Patrol everywhere and every little town trying to balance budgets with tickets. Anyway, I think it helps the mileage to go long and steady.

Let me know what you wind up getting. I'm also looking to upgrade my 2010 SHO, and i'm leading towards the Livernois Tune. I drive 45 miles per day round trip for my commute. 60% is highway driving, and since i'm a reverse commuter (I live in the city and drive away from traffic), most of that is 70MPH+. The other 40% is backroads at around 45MPH.

Just drove 145 miles with Stage 2 installed on state highways. Got 26.7 MPG with lots of lights and small towns to slow me down. Really noticed the low end power, even tooling around town.
