I sent money to this guy via Paypal for a 4rib WP/PS tensioner pulley for my 95 mtx last week.

I have PMed him a couple times since then without a response and can see he's been online as recent as yesterday....

I had no choice but to open a dispute through paypal to get a refund of my money as he is not communicating and I have not received a pulley from him.

Just wanted everyone to know....I thought I was in the clear seeing as he'd been a member for years, but I should have known from his signature and his visitor messages not to bother.

Thanks
Matt

Brian is a awesome guy and I never had a problem with him. He usually is very busy you should have waited more then a week.

You sent money to him last week, today is Monday.
Im sure he is not in possesion of a star trek teleporter.
why not allow ample time for a shipping service to deliver your part before you file a paypal claim.

What's throwing you a red flag in his signature or his visitor messages?

Here's what I see in his sig:

I am the PA SHO SHOP
My SHOp is only open to paying customers that have an appointment. Do not stop buy unless you have an appointment.

Sounds like he's trying to run a business.

As for his visitor messages, I see one guy who can't read (rebel), a bunch of people asking for help, and one guy with unrealistic expectations (you).

If you had given him a chance to reply before jumping the gun on filing a dispute, I'm sure you would have gotten your part.

Wow....I see how PRODUCTIVE this part of the forum is....

Yes, a week, for something that should take a day or two at the most.

That's not even my biggest gripe, although I made it very clear I needed the part ASAP, but my biggest is the sellers complete lack of communication where it is key.

Really? He's SOO busy that he can visit and post on the forums, but can't respond to my PM's or give me an update as to the status of the part?

I don't know him from Joe Schmo so why should I wait while he has my money and may not be able to recover it later if needed?

Whatever, there went whatever creditability you people had.

really, if you could find the part somewhere else then you should go there, and good luck with it. the man that you're trash talking after one week, IMO is one of the more knowledgeable and helpful on this forum. if you didn't pay extra for overnight or next day shipping then you shouldn't be complaining.

Thanks bam614. I will never sell anything to you!! I can't stand when people are impatient. I'd buy and sell anytime to brian no matter how long it took. If I posted something as stupid as this I'd never hear the end of it

P.M. box has been emptied.
I cannot log in to my Pay Pal account, therefore, I cannot get your correct address. Please send me your address via P.M. so I can get this tensioner out to you.

Thanks, Brian

Its PA SHO Shop not ******* Summit. One man, not a corporation. There arent little elves up there packing your shit up in their little tree so it gets to you the next day. Other people have lives even if you dont.

I believe you own an apology to Brian.

even it he was summit this ***** would still be waiting for his part.

Honestly,if you made it clear to Brian that you needed the part in one or two days and paid for the appropriate shipping then you have a point,I'd be ****** too.
However, based on your lack of responce to that question I asked I assume that was not the case.

You have 30 days with paypal. 30>7. Why should you wait? Because as stated, you didn't request and pay for overnight or next day shipping. 1 week is not unreasonable.

SHOforum lost all credibility with you ... and you lost all credibility with SHOforum.

I mentioned the $5 flat rate shipping via Priority Mail USPS, which in my experience has been next day. Again, I stressed I needed the part asap and we discussed payment, etc.
